WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer : immediately after receiving the automatic confirmation email for receipt of the order, we will send the details for the bank transfer to be made before the goods are shipped.
- Credit card : at the time of order confirmation, simply select the payment option with “credit card” to complete the purchase. (NB: this payment method is only valid for countries in the European Economic Area); PostePay cards are also accepted.
- Paypal : you can pay with your PayPal account, even in three convenient installments.
- Satispay : select this method to pay through the Satispay app ( find out more )
- Scalapay : if you buy through Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments ( find out more )
WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
The credit cards accepted are all those that are part of the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and Union Pay circuits ; PostePay cards are also accepted.
IS IT SAFE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
Using a Credit Card is easy and safe. Payment by Credit Card is made through the Nexi circuit, which at the time of payment verifies the actual operation of the card and implements all the necessary security measures to guarantee a 100% secure transaction. To guarantee maximum protection, the transaction is carried out on the bank's server, Palosanto does not store any data of the Card used for payment
HOW DOES BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT WORK?
Once you have completed your order, you can make the transfer to IBAN IT 54 N 02008 36750 000104785132, entering the order number and the reference to the online shop in the reason for payment (e.g. order 30150 – palosanto.it). NB – The order will be processed after receiving the credit, which may take a few working days.
