All Palosanto deliveries are made with traceable and secure couriers .

We are committed to ensuring that the goods arrive at their destination in the shortest possible time. To ensure that the delivery goes smoothly, please ensure that you indicate precisely :
- Surname and name, or the name, present on the bell;
- Exact house number (including extension if necessary).

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are €4.90 throughout Italy (including islands), San Marino and Vatican City. Shipping is free for orders of at least €29 .

For EC and non-EC countries, shipping costs with standard service vary based on the destination country. Below you will find the list of countries and their shipping costs. For countries marked with an asterisk, shipping costs are free for orders over €99.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and are entrusted to the courier within 48 hours of payment .

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next working day.

Delivery takes place in 3/4 working days , barring unforeseen circumstances, throughout Italy and Europe, with the exception of islands and remote areas. For these areas, delivery times may be extended up to 5/6 working days.

These delivery times are to be considered indicative or average, they may be subject to variations in exceptional cases or events.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

HOW DO I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?

When your order is ready for shipment you will receive an email with a link to track your package.

Through the website of the courier who took charge of the shipment, you can always check where your order is.
