Returns and Refunds
Palosanto's goal is to offer natural and sustainable products for everyday well-being, trying to limit the impact of our business on the environment as much as possible. To reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions caused by shipments, we have chosen to adopt the Ethical Return policy.
HOW DOES ETHICAL RETURN WORK?
You have the right to return the products without stating any reason within 30 days of receiving them by informing us by email at info@palosanto.it or by calling +39 0510216326 (extension 6) or by WhatsApp communication at +39 3711143681. As soon as we receive your communication, we will promptly confirm receipt. The return releases you from the contractual obligations assumed.
AM I ENTITLED TO A REFUND?
If you withdraw from the purchase and if the product you return is intact, we will refund the value of the returned item (excluding shipping costs incurred), and we will also give you a €5 discount voucher for your next order .
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods at our warehouse in via Viara 2100, 40024 Castel San Pietro Terme (BO), after checking the conditions of the returned products, and will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
