A set to heat and perfume rooms naturally, in a totally ecological way.
The Calentador is an innovative object for its design and above all because it allows you to increase the temperature of the rooms up to 2-3°C in a totally ecological way. In fact, it works thanks to the energy produced by the candles positioned inside on a metal disk. The heat produced warms the air which, lightening, is conveyed between the two terracotta domes and slowly released outside through the hole in the upper part.
A little water can be added to the outer part of the metal disk, to humidify the environment during the operation of the Calentador. Enriched with a few drops of essential oil, the water will spread a delicate aroma in the air, perfuming and purifying the environments.
The Calendator is entirely handmade by Ecuadorian artists, using techniques and decorations handed down from generation to generation.
Its diffuser and lamp functionality makes it ideal for small spaces, reading rooms, bathrooms, offices, spa cabins and meditation and relaxation spaces. In dimly lit rooms, its warm light creates an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
What does the Kit contain?
- Terracotta 'Calentador' diffuser: the package includes 3 soy candles, for continuous use of approximately 6 hours.
- The essential oils contained in the kit are three:
1. Amarillo : variety extracted from Palo Santo wood from Ecuador, with a delicate and slightly balsamic aroma;
2. Seleccion : variety extracted from the wood of Palo Santo from Peru, the aroma is typically sweet, dry and woody.
Wood essential oils fully express the warrior energy of the Palo Santo tree, stored in the woody fibers. This force, of the Yang type, male, is centrifugal, of expansion and outward thrust, and helps to move vibrations of intent and to bring clarity and harmony to the environments and within oneself. Both varieties of essential oil derived from Palo Santo wood bring with their aroma an important component of light: while acting impetuously on our interiority, in fact, their action always remains restorative and comforting.
3. Joya : our exclusive essential oil obtained by steam distillation from the fruit of the Palo Santo trees of Ecuador. The aroma is enriched with intense spicy notes. The fruit element contains the energy of what was once a flower, before that a bud, and which will become a new plant. Its aroma moves energetic vibrations of care connected to the figure of Pachamama (Mother Nature) and is characterized by a powerful feminine Yin energy, a centripetal force of inclusion and transformation. In this variety of essential oil, the warrior and restorative energy of Palo Santo vibrates with frequencies of relief and comfort, aimed at promoting change and rebirth.

To use the Calentador correctly, just follow these few simple steps:
- Place the metal base on the terracotta bottom of the Calentador and place the candles in the center (you can also choose to use flaked wax and wicks)
- Light the candles and, if you want to enrich the experience with aromatherapy, add water to the outer circle of the metal base, along with a few drops of essential oil.
- Cover with the two terracotta domes, to be locked in the appropriate metal joint.
- After about fifteen minutes, the Calentador will begin to release hot air into the room and, with it, the essence of the aromas.
Do you want to intensify the aroma and benefits of Palo Santo? You can use our Pequeno sticks to enjoy the pure aroma of Palo Santo wood while using the Calentador, just insert it into the copper support of our kit .
Thanks to the quality of the materials used, the Calentador is a safe object, so it can be left to go out on its own when the candles run out. You can decide to stop using it at any time by blowing under the domes.
Never touch the Calentador while the candles are lit to avoid burning yourself.
